Online or in-person, your voice and input are important. We know that an open, positive and energetic discussion environment produces the best results.

Listen

You’re the client. Your needs matters most. The first tings we do is learn about your needs for the project. It's paramount that we see things through your eyes.

Plan

Establishing a strategy through a "lock step" methodology is the next important part of the process.  This is where we collect and input your ideas, vision and content into our proceedural templates.

Create

After the planning stage, it's time to dive into your project.  We write the course "scripts" as well as fabricate sophisticated multimedia that will be woven throughout the online units.  Throughout the process we receive your feedback and sign-off (only when things are perfect).

Integrate

The next phase is the conversion of the storyboard and other planning materials into HTML or code so you the course and lessons online can be viewed inside the LMS (Learning Management System), website or online space.  Our code will work seamlessly on a mobile device, laptop or desktop.

Evaluate

It's important to us that your vision looks and feels exactly how you want it. Details matter in your world and they matter in ours. We test and retest so that you have the confidence that everything works flawlessly.

Deploy

After everything is absolutely awesome, we flip the switch and make the course and content "live".

Project Planning

Even after the course and materials have been deployed, we continue our relationship with our clients and always keep the channels open for change requests and future design and deployment!
